The "Halide Perovskite" national meeting (JPH) brings together researchers, engineers, technicians and students involved in the fondamental and applied aspects of this specific class of materials.

The previous editions of this meeting, which were held in Cachan, Rennes, Angers and Grenoble, associated various participants from Chemistry, Physics, Theoretical Sciences, coming from both academia and industry, to discuss on various topics presenting highly multidisciplinary aspects : synthesis of 1D, 2D, 3D compounds ; thin film deposition technologies ; morphologic, structural, electronic, and optical properties ; device physics ; printing, etc. A broad range of applications were also addressed, including energy conversion, light emission or detection, thermoelectricity, sensors, etc.

Supported by the french research network on Halide Perovskites (GDR HPERO, http://gdr-hpero.cnrs.fr/) and the CNRS which will ensure its financial managment, the 5th edition (JPH2019) will be held in Limoges, in the historical part of the city, over the 27-28-29 March 2019.

It will be based on tutorial sessions on general aspects of perovskites (state of the art, fondamental properties, life cycle analysis of lead perovskites, etc), as well as three main sessions :

  • Session 1 : Theory and fondamental properties
  • Session 2 : Spectroscopy and characterizations
  • Session 3 : Perovskite devices

Well identified plenary speakers will open the discussions for each sessions, and a large number of contributions will be invited for each session, giving a broad overview of the last developments made by the french community in this fields.

Further details concerning the call of abstracts, detailed program and registration procedures will be published soon on this website, so please check it regularly !

We look forward to meeting you soon in Limoges !
