The registration to the JPH2019 meeting does not include the accomodation. You can however benefit from specific hotel fares which have been negociated with several hotels in the vicinity of the congress center. Clic here to go to the Accodomodation page. 

The registration does however includes all the meals and coffee breaks from Wednesday the 27th at 1:30pm to Friday the 29th  and the optional take away lunch basket. Please, look at the preliminar program of the meeting for a better view of the schedule.  

IMPORTANT NOTICE : 70 places are available in the main restaurant of the meeting. First registered, first served ! Beyond 70 attendees, a reduced registration price (50€ including VAT) will be automatically proposed. Participants will then have the possibility to easily take their meals in one of the various restaurants that can be found around the area, such as Le Geyracois, Le Croquembouche, La Cuisine du Cloître, etc. 

We do believe that these modalities will not prevent your registration to this meeting, as the capacity of the auditorium is not limited to 70 places !
